I'm Karine, the creative force and soul behind KBake. Originally hailing from Brazil, I've called Sydney home for over four years now.
My professional background is in Business Administration, with an MBA in Business Management, I was financial analyst in Brazil, but my true passion lies in the world of pastry.
Believe it or not, until 2019, I was a complete disaster in the kitchen! My baking attempts often resulted in more chaos than cakes. But life is full of surprises. In May 2020, I decided to bake a cake for my partner, Fabio Fontes as a surprise. To my amazement, everyone loved it, and I discovered a newfound joy in baking.
I may be chatty and my laughter can probably be heard all the way back in Brazil, but I am incredibly dedicated to my craft. I constantly update my skills and stay on top of the latest trends in the pastry world to ensure every KBake customer enjoys the best experience possible.
